It is with deep sadness that the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association has been advised of the passing of Chaplain James W. Collins, Life Member of the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department Number One and Past President of the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association in 2006-2007. Jimmy died in the early hours of this morning June 6, 2022.
