VFD of Brandywine Hosting June Meeting

The June meeting of the Prince George's County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association will be hosted by the Volunteer Fire Department of Brandywine. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday June 14th @ 7:30pm. The meeting will be held at the Company 40 Annex (old Station 40).

Join Us in Ocean City

New Engine for Boulevard Heights Volunteers

Congratulations to the Officers and members of the Boulevard Heights Volunteer Fire Department on adding a new Volunteer owned Engine to serve the residents and guests of Prince George's County. They have taken delivery of a new Pierce Enforcer Pumper with 2000 GPM pump, 500 gallon tank, and all of the latest safety features.

Laurel VFD Ambulance Delivery

Congratulations to the Officers and Members of Laurel Volunteer Fire Department (Company 10) on the delivery of their new Volunteer owned Horton 603F Ambulance built on a Ford F-550 4x4 chassis. Fire and EMS units purchased by the Volunteer Companies of the Prince George's County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association save several million dollars for the taxpayers of Prince George"s County each year. ... Bladensburg VFD New Ambulance Delivery

Beltsville Volunteers Donate Engine

Kentland VFD Purchases New Tower Ladder

Thank you and congratulations to the Officers and Members of Kentland VFD for their hard bringing a new Volunteer owned Ladder Truck to serve the citizens of Prince George's County. Laurel VFD Awaiting New Volunteer Owned Ambulance

The Laurel Volunteer Fire Department (Co.10) is awaiting completion of their new Volunteer owned ambulance. The new unit is a Horton 603F that features a 2023 Ford F-550 chassis along with HOPS protection system and an i4G Intelliplex Electrical System.

PGCVFRA Toys 4 Tots Bicycle Challenge a Success

The 2022 PGCVFRA Bicycle Round Up for Toys 4 Tots was held Wednesday evening at Kentland VFD Co.33. The Prince George's County Police Chief and #toysfortots2022 coordinator joined us for the event. Our annual event collected a total of 102 bicycles which were donated by our Volunteer Fire Departments in Prince George's County, as well as those who support them. Brandywine Volunteers Rescue Squad Delivered
PGCVFRA PIO, September 30
The Volunteer Fire Department of Brandywine (Co.40) recently took delivery of "Resto-Squad" 40. Our 1993 squad body was restored and placed on a 2022 Pierce Enforcer cab and chassis. This move saved the department close to a half million dollars. Now to get all the tools and equipment mounted so she can get on the street and continue to serve our community.
