It is with deep sadness that the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association has been notified of the passing of Julian R. “Jay” Tucker. Jay was a Past President of the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association (2002-2004); Past Chairman of the Prince George’s County Fire Commission (2013-2019); President, Past Chief, and Life Member, of Marlboro Volunteer Fire Department; and Former Member of Baden Volunteer Fire Department and the Volunteer Fire Department of Brandywine. Jay passed away today, March 25, 2021.
