The Officers of the Prince George's County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association are saddened to report the passing of PGCVFRA Chaplain Emeritus Jim Neal. We offer our sincere condolences the the Neal Family as well as the Officers and Members of Kentland Volunteer Fire Department. Jim served as and active part of the PGCVFRA Chaplain Corp for many years supporting our Fire & EMS Volunteers in their time of need. Jim joined the Kentland Volunteer Fire Department in the mid 1960s serving in ranks from Fire Fighter to Deputy Chief. He was still active administratively at the time of his passing.
