Volunteer Recruitment and Retention Roundtable Video

The Prince George's County Maryland Fire/EMS Department has produced a video in conjunction with PGCVF&RA for volunteer recruitment and retention. Fire Chief Eugene A. Jones held a roundtable discussion on the success of several stations in recruiting and retaining volunteer firefighters and EMT's. This video will be used to share their ideas in hopes of enhancing recruitment efforts to all of our Fire/EMS Stations. Additional video is included that was produced by the Prince George's County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association highlighting volunteer recruitment.
