MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Welcome to the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association.  Our Association represents 37 fire and rescue companies and staffs 46 stations throughout the County with over 2,000 volunteer firefighters ready to respond to the needs of our citizens.  The goal of our Association is to provide the very best fire and emergency medical services to the citizens of Prince George’s County.  The PGCVF&RA volunteers are the best trained in the State of Maryland.  Volunteer fire and rescue personnel save the taxpayers over $26,000,000 a year.  If you are interested in joining our dedicated first responders who are always ready to handle any emergency or disaster, please contact our Volunteer Recruiter.  We encourage you to explore our web page and click on the various icons to learn what the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association is all about.  In closing, I ask that you please remember to support your local volunteer fire and rescue stations.  Your generous support helps us to continue to provide the very best fire and emergency medical services in the State of Maryland.
